The MB&F M.A.D.Editions M.A.D.1S Ice Blue is one of the most talked-about independent watches of recent years, and this example is offered apparently unworn as a complete full set. Originally sold only through an online raffle, it is genuinely hard to find, and the Ice Blue colorway, with its modern Tiffany-style palette, is the version collectors chase hardest. The M.A.D.1S distills MB&F’s avant garde design into a slim, wearable 42 mm stainless steel case, turning the idea of a watch on its head quite literally.

Rather than hiding the movement, the automatic caliber is inverted so its winding rotor spins on top beneath a domed sapphire crystal, making the watch a piece of kinetic sculpture on the wrist. Time is read from a lateral cylinder display along the 6 o’clock side of the case, with luminous numerals on rotating rings, and the Swiss movement delivers a healthy 68 hour power reserve with 30 meters of water resistance.

It currently wears an aftermarket strap chosen to play off the Ice Blue accents, and crucially the original authentic M.A.D. Editions strap is included, so you can keep it as it is or return it to full OEM configuration. The MB&F M.A.D.Editions M.A.D.1S Ice Blue is one of the most exciting independent watches released in recent years. Offered originally through an online raffle, it combines MB&F’s avant garde design language with a slim stainless steel case, lateral time display and a dramatic top mounted rotor. This Ice Blue version adds a modern, Tiffany style color palette that has made it exceptionally sought after among collectors.

This example appears unworn and presents in excellent overall condition. The watch is currently fitted with an aftermarket strap chosen to complement the Ice Blue accents and provide a comfortable, sporty feel. Crucially, the original authentic M.A.D. Editions strap is included in the full set, giving you the flexibility to wear the watch on the OEM strap or keep it on the upgraded aftermarket option.

The M.A.D.1S features a 42 mm 316L stainless steel case with a height of roughly 15 mm.
