The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph CBN2013.FC6483 represents everything that has made the Carrera collection legendary since 1963 — purpose-driven design, mechanical precision, and motorsport-inspired sophistication — now expressed through one of TAG Heuer’s finest in-house movements. This listing is for the watch only; no box or papers are included.
The Movement
At the heart of this piece beats the Calibre Heuer 02, TAG Heuer’s in-house automatic chronograph movement featuring a column-wheel and vertical clutch mechanism — the hallmarks of high-quality chronograph engineering. With a 28,800 bph beat rate and a generous 80-hour power reserve, this caliber punches well above its price class. The movement has been tested on a professional timegrapher and recorded a rate of +10 s/d, amplitude of 271°, and beat error of just 0.3ms — demonstrating excellent condition and regulation. The rose gold-tone skeletonized spoke rotor is visible through the sapphire exhibition caseback, making the mechanics a visual highlight in themselves.
The Dial & Case
The 42mm polished stainless steel case (14.48mm thick) features a clean architectural profile with angular lugs and a fluted crown flanked by pushers. The silver/white lacquered dial is elegantly appointed with applied rose gold-tone baton indices, matching hands, and a bi-compax subdial layout — a 30-minute recorder at 3 o’clock and a 12-hour recorder at 9 o’clock. The date aperture at 6 o’clock is neatly integrated into the dial symmetry. Sapphire crystal front and back protects both the dial and the movement view.
The Strap & Clasp
The watch is fitted on a dark brown alligator-patterned leather strap with a tan interior, signed with the TAG Heuer name. It fastens via TAG Heuer’s angular stainless steel double-push deployant clasp, engraved “TAG Heuer — Stainless Steel,” for secure and comfortable wear.
